The Speed of Time

Consciousness of time seems to distort at varying rates while traveling down the freeway. Hours seem to go by faster the more often a trip is repeated. The last few miles of a very long trip may seem to take forever. Consciousness of time continuously compresses and expands depending upon situation, phenomena, and emotional state.

Perhaps the universe is actually in a constant state of a single moment and it is only our consciousness that is moving, collapsing probability waves in its wake. Like a ship traveling through space; who’s to say what’s in motion?
